I can tell you all first hand that the margarita was very tasty and the southwestern cheesecake was delicious. You all must try the lemon thyme cookies they too are delightful. Christi I really like your blog. I have put it on my favorites (at the top) I am anxious to read more.

What a fresh–and refreshing–idea for a girls’ night out! I love recipes from church cookbooks. Have you read The Pastor’s Wives Cookbook? It’s a great one to have. Thanks for this wonderful contribution to Foodie Friday.

I’ve made a version of this savory cheesecake a long time ago and misplaced the recipe. Mine did not contain the chicken but as my mouth is watering I think that it would be a great addition. Also, I do love that fruit dip. There is another version where you add brown sugar too, did you ever try that one? ~ Robyn
