Let’s see, love shrimp (check), love Creole cookin’ (check) and love Emeril (check). Yep, this sounds like a winner!

I’ll have to look for the fish recipe, we can catch Red Fish here, so another BIG check from The Hut. (That’s check as in check mark, not cash, so don’t get too excited.)

I have never tried an Emeril recipe that did not turn out great. I love creole but my husband not so much.
