Since reading the blogs of Alabama and Louisiana gals, I now realize A LOT more about Mardi Gras than I ever did before. Up here – - – we do NADA for it. You can go your whole life and never even hear the WORDS Mardi Gras, except on TV stories about New Orleans.

Of all I’ve heard on blogs about Mardi Gras, this King Cake idea is my very favorite thing.
