Our grandmother was super! I’ve tried to make chicken and dumplings like she made and although mine are good, it’s just not the same. But…..I can duplicate her blackberry cobbler almost exactly. ?

My mother has been gone for 17 years now. My grandmother died before I was born. I am a grandmother now. I want my children and grandchildren to remember me as a true Christian woman. Thank you for sharing today. God bless, Bobbi

my grandmother died when I was 13 – I’ve never forgotten her kindness to me….a kid who couldn’t talk. But she didn’t care…..she loved me and her love stayed with me as I grew up.

What lovely and inspirational Bible verses and such a wonderful testimony of your spiritual legacy handed down from your grandmother to your mother and now from you onwards! That is such a blessing and encouragement to me.

I really enjoyed reading your grandmother’s menus. My own grandmother, who I was blessed with til I was in my mid-20s, was also a good cook. Such sweet and yummy memories as well.
